ποΈ Synexar Boards β how we share work now
Plans, designs, status updates, and proposals now arrive as live boards β links like this one β instead of screenshots and documents. Two minutes here and you're fully onboarded.
What changed
Work arrives as a link, and you can talk back to it
When Raghu (or Samantha, our AI teammate) shares a plan or status board, it opens right in your browser β phone, iPad, laptop, nothing to install. Every board has a feedback tray (bottom-right of this page π) so you can point at the exact thing you agree with, disagree with, or don't understand β and say so.
How to give feedback β 4 steps, ~30 seconds
1Tap any card you want to comment on. It gets flagged with a red outline.
2Type your note in the box that appears in the tray. Plain words, no format needed.
3Sign once β put your name or initials in the tray's top field. It's remembered on your device for every future board.
4Hit "Copy feedback" and paste it into the Teams thread where the board was shared. Done.
Try it right now β practice cards
π Practice card A β "I like this"
Tap me, type "looks good" in the tray, and you've just done your first board review.
π€ Practice card B β "I have a concern"
Tap me and type a made-up concern. Notice how your note stays attached to THIS card β that's the point: feedback lands exactly where you aimed it.
House rules
β Feedback goes back to the Teams thread where the board was posted β paste the copied text there so everyone sees the discussion in one place.
β‘ Boards update in place β the same link always shows the latest version, so re-open rather than screenshot.
β’ Never put patient information on a board or in board feedback. Boards live outside our clinical systems. Patient data stays in the Synexar app, full stop.
β£ Your notes and your signature save in your browser until you hit Clear β safe to close and come back.
π That's it. No accounts, no tools, no training beyond this page. If a board confuses you, that's feedback too β flag the confusing card and say "I don't get this."
